    5. Collect and review legal documents from both parties (2 working days).
    6. Enterprise pays the lease deposit based on the owner’s invoice (3 working days).
    7. Owner provides the lease agreement (2 working days).
    8. Sign the lease agreement after mutual review and approval (3 working days).
    9. Enterprise pays rent, property management fees, etc., according to the lease agreement (2 working days).
    10. After-sales service.

    • Corporate Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
    • Copy of the company director’s passport/Residence Permit (KITAS)
    • Power of Attorney (if required)
  • Lease in an Individual’s Name:
    • Copy of the lessee’s passport or Residence Permit (KITAS)


 

For Lessors:


 

  • Owner’s Identification (KTP)
  • Owner’s Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
  • Apartment Unit Ownership Certificate (SHMSRS)
