The Ministry of Public Works and Housing of Indonesia has launched 24 housing projects for investors at the 2025 International Infrastructure Conference. Spanning various regions, these projects—including affordable homes and high-rise apartments—require approximately IDR 551.7 trillion in total investment.

Projects adopt models such as public-private partnerships and joint investments. Below are key initiatives:

Located in Tangerang, this high-rise apartment project comprises 14 towers with 3,136 housing units, 50% of which are earmarked for low-income groups. Spanning 37,779 sqm (equivalent to 5 football fields), the project’s assets are being transferred from the National Asset Management Agency to the National Land Agency, with an investment value of US$78.76 million (IDR 1.33 trillion).

Pasir Gadung Sky Viage Project

Also in Tangerang’s Cikupa, this high-rise development features 8 towers and 1,792 units (50% low-income housing) on 22,113 sqm. It carries an investment value of US$45.26 million (IDR 769.3 billion).

Maja Green Living Project

Situated in Lebak, Banten, this single-story residential project offers 624 homes on 74,902 sqm with an investment value of US$5.62 million (IDR 95.47 billion).

Revitalisasi Rumah Susun Pasar Jumat - TOD Lebak Bulus Project

This Jakarta-based high-rise revitalization project integrates apartments (commercial and affordable), retail units, and green living concepts, with a key selling point being its integration with the TOD Lebak Bulus transport hub. Spanning 15,907 sqm, it includes 5 towers and 2,170 units at a total investment of IDR 92.3 billion.

Blok KPulo Gebang Project

An East Jakarta TOD-based high-rise development, this project blends low-income housing with commercial facilities. On 3.1 hectares, it comprises 6 towers and 5,941 units with a total investment of IDR 1.5 trillion.

Revitalisasi Apartemen Klender Project

Another Jakarta TOD project, this initiative integrates low-income housing, commercial spaces, and public transport hubs. Spanning 3.1 hectares, it includes 14 towers and 10,521 units at a total investment of IDR 5.49 trillion.
